If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return shipping fees incurred by the courier.
We have a strict return policy — all sales are final. Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team at contact@notforfashion.com for assistance. Please provide evidence of fault on unworn or unused item, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days whilst the team review your case and repsond.
